BellaBox High Tea @ Arteastiq

Was invited to BellaBox High Tea event at Arteastiq at Mandarin Gallery sometime back! XD

Check out the pretty pink poster~

A shot taken at the photo wall!

We are served with drinks and canapes during the event. We also given a name bracelet on pink ribbons each. Every thing is pink and girly. We also did a mini quiz during the event, mainly about brands like Royal Cosmetics and Caudalie.

The event started off with a speech by the lovely Emily, managing director of BellaBox Singapore. Bellabox Australia is managed by her twin sister! How cool is that!

There are products displayed at one side and they are all the brands working with BellaBox. BellaBox is the only beauty subscription service who works directly with the brands. We have Dermalogical, Royal Cosmetics, Caudalie, HighTech Cosmetics, Skyn, TwistBands and Laqa& Co!

BellaBox was really generous and all these were made possible by the brands! We were each given a set of Caudalie and Royal Cosmetics goodies!

They also have Manicures, Face Mapping sessions and also to try out HighTech Cosmetics which is soon to be launched on BellaBox!

Highlight of the event! We were also given an empty pink box for us to select 5 items of our choice to make our very own special BellaBox! Check out the video below for more on my special BellaBox! I’ve gotten 2 lip products, a nail polish pen, face mist and a set of TwistBands. It’s like a beauty buffet set out for us!

How can I not take some self-shots. 😛

One shot with Emily! Thanks for bringing something so awesome to Singapore! xD

Here’s a little sneek preview for the April’s BellaBox! XD

That’s all for this post!

February Bella Box: Share The Love

I received the February Bella Box with courtesy of the kind people from http://bellabox.sg/ .

For those who do not know, Bella Box acts like a magazine subscription, just that this is a beauty subscription and you’ll get beauty products each month! Subscription is $15 per month/box and you’ll receive 5 different products in the box! The box normally consists of samples and maybe 1 or 2 full sized products. If you like the samples, the full sized are normally available for purchase on BellaBox’s site!

This month’s Bella Box is named Share The Love inspired by V-day!

I am really excited when I received the box! It’s in my fav shade of pastel pink! XD

Open up to reveal the goodies in the box!

Here’s the BellaBox difference! You can even earn points by referring or providing feedback! And these points could be used to purchase the products that you’ve tried and liked!

And here’s the goodies revealed!

5 products! 3 samples and 2 full sized products! I would say it’s definitely worth the $15 bucks even if there’s only just 1 full sized in there!

In the box, they have included the information of the products. Pricing and description plus where to buy are all included!

This is the Ansley Eyeshadow plus eyeliner pot in the shade on Silky Brown. This product itself is good for an everyday neutral look.

Price for this product is $16.90.

A very light swatch of the eyeshadows. I like the shimmer beige shade, looks good to go all over the eyelid.

And I have here the most expensive product in the box! The NVEY Eco Organic eyeshadow that cost $49.90. That’s expensive for a eyeshadow single! However I liked the idea of an organic eyeshadow that even has anti-oxidants in it!

Here’s a close up of the swatch. I like the shade a lot but it’s not as pigmented as per description. The swatch above is actually about 3 swipes of the finger. But it’s definitely has a soft and smooth texture. Would love to put it to action and see how it hold up on the lids.

I really think that beauty subscription boxes is a cool idea. Especially for beauty lovers like myself!

Check out http://bellabox.sg/ now if you’re interested to sign up for a beauty subscription for yourself or your loved ones!

XOXO,

Joyce.Forensia
