I’ve previously won a staycation voucher through a food contest held at Central at Clarke Quay some months ago. So I’ve decided to have a girly staycation with my BFFs to just chill and take some time off the usual work routine.
This is the Club Room at the Village Hotel Katong which was just newly renovated. The club room comes with access to the Peranakan Lounge where they have cocktail sessions during the evening and morning.
The club room is pretty spacious and well decorated to the Peranakan theme. I’m loving the blue hues used in the room. The mini bar is located just beside the curtains. I like the long desk with mirror which is great for us girls to lay out our make up and beautify ourselves. It will be better if the mirrors are not tinted.

Toilet is pretty spacious with a standing shower and rain shower.
I would love to have such a mirror in my future home! Ring light mirror!!

I got Puppy Cupcakes from Temptations specially for this Staycation as both my BFFs are dog lovers!
Underneath that cute puppy fondant face is Red Velvet wonder! Yums! It’s not too sweet but I wished there could be more cream cheese!
I also ordered half a dozen of rose macarons. Done very nicely. 🙂
One of the best highlights of 2013 for me, is getting to know this 2 lovely ladies better and since became BFFs. We don’t know each other for very long, yet we can click pretty well. I’m glad to have you girls in my life! 🙂
